"Athletes can't improve their personal best everyday." This morning I went on a run. It was the shortest run I've had to date. Last week I ran for far longer. On the same day as this crappy run, I beat my personal best of pull-ups in a row (From 12 to 15). We excel at some things on some days, not so much on other days. Also I was thrilled to have you on my show and you're more than welcome to come on for a round 2 this year. Enjoyed reading this all the way through, Ben. Cheers.
